The potential of mediascapes is huge and what you can do with them is almost unlimited. We don't want to limit your imagination by telling you what you can do with them as the possibilities are endless! You can think up a wide range of curriculum-specific ideas and cross-curricula activities.
Try getting inspired by looking at some of the ideas and stories from other people in our Scrapbook. Or visit the Mscapers website which has a large selection of mediascapes that other people have made.
For example, you could start by imagining that your school playground is:
- A tropical rainforest
- A civil war battlefield
- The surface of the moon
- In the middle of the countryside
- Part of a French village
- Transported back in time by 50 or 100 years
How would you recreate these different places?
