Give your file a meaningful, descriptive name, and if you create new versions, change the name so you can remember which version you are working with (For example, soundfile1, soundfile2 etc)

All file names should only contain letters and numbers, and shouldn't use symbols like apostrophes. Try not to make the file names too long.

Images should be .jpg, .gif or .bmp files, and should be 240 pixels wide by 320 pixels high.

Other types of image files are .tiff, or .psd files, but these should be converted to .jpg files before they are used in the mediascape.
